Looking for a talented Baker or Pastry Chef with experience working in a commercial kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and understanding of vegan foods.



  • Preparing, portioning and packaging goods as directed

  • Adheres to standardized recipes and specifications

  • Ensure strict compliance to food hygiene

  • Operate kitchen equipment with safety in mind at all times

  • Follows station opening and closing procedures

  • Must be dedicated to exceptional external and internal customer service




  • Certified Red Seal preferred, but a combination of education and work-related experience will be considered

  • Minimum of 3 years culinary experience as a baker

  • Advanced Food Safe certification, WHMIS



  • Must be able to operate production equipment

  • Possess emotional maturity, with the ability to handle stress and demonstrates professionalism

  • Consistently demonstrate a positive “can-do” attitude with all employees and facility guests

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging and changing environment

  • Must possess strong organizational, time management, and record keeping skills

  • Awareness and understanding of costing dishes will be considered an asset

  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
