Handmade in small batches, it features a distinctive soft, light texture with a beautiful citrus scent and chocolate sweetness.

Much of the commercial imported panettone available in Calgary is mass produced, packaged many months ahead of Christmas and contains preservatives to keep it soft until the end of the year
Given that PANETTONE is a laborious and time consuming product which requires an enormous amount of technique, it's not easy to find a great quality and delicious version locally.
